Meet  Val!

Hi! I’m Valentine :) 

 

I began Dramantics Creative Services as an answer to a call. I often found myself having folks being truly appreciative of the work that I do in the events, communications, and branding space. Those same individuals would also often ask for my opinion on things within those spaces, imploring me to evaluate systems and configure possible outcomes. I created a business so that I could assist others and help them realize the full potential of their organization by partnering with them to help their vision be fully realized. I appreciate a holistic approach when it comes to projects within the creative space. My desire is to be able to take the things that customers are struggling with and provide a well rounded solution that allows their events, branding, or project to be executed in a dynamic, professional way.

Valentine Williamson

Valentine Williamson is the CEO, Founder, and Senior Account Manager of Dramantics Creative Services. Her collective background in artist management, consulting, event planning, production, and administration lended itself to the conception of this company and inspired it as a creative network that aids in multifaceted client elevation. She possesses over 10 years of experience in branding and design work, content creation, and event management and has garnered over 7 years of consulting experience. Her accomplishments in these fields include work with Spelman College and Durham Public Schools, sitting on the board of directors for organizations such as the Young Nonprofits Professionals Network and Ripple Effects Artists, producing the “In the Cut” performance series in conjunction with Atlanta clothing boutique “Goat and Co.”, and the production and execution of a host of additional events through DCS’s sister company Dramantics Management, LLC. Williamson is also one of the Emmy Nominated Producers of the 94th Annual Spelman-Morehouse Christmas Carol Concert. At Dramantics Creative Services, she stewards her vision by working closely with clients and staff to produce industry standard deliverables and maintain company order.

Claire Harris is an administrative and customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in operations management, data entry, and senior executive assistant work. She is a proud military spouse and mother of two with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the mental health space among military families. Harris serves as the Head Account Manager for Dramantics Creative Services where she lends her years of administrative and customer service experience to managing the social media accounts for our company and clients, ensuring a seamless company workflow, serving as a trusted advisor to our CEO, and overseeing day to day operations. Outside of this role, Harris hosts her podcast “ A Conversation with Claire” and plans to attend university courses next year to further pursue a career in mental health.

Krystal Bey

Krystal Bey is a freelance writer and copy editor with a Bachelor of Arts minor in creative writing.  She attended Columbia College Chicago, a private institution for the arts, where she studied under industry professionals and began her career freelance writing and copyediting in collaboration with students, professionals, and local artists. This past year, Krystal spent time investing in personal projects, composing social media copy for brand collaborations, and assisting companies with brand identity and website development. Her credits include work with Dramantics Management, LLC, Christerphee Investments, LLC, The Travel PM, Created By Brittni Bell, Compelling Image Media, The Cookout, and more. With nine years of experience in the field, Krystal lends her expertise to Dramantics Creative Services as our in-house copywriter and content strategist.

Taylor Turner

Taylor Turner is a professionally educated and self-taught graphic designer and video editor. With over five years of experience in the field, she has developed a strong proficiency in social media content creation, branding, and logo design. This past year, Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from Spelman College and has honed her creative skillset using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator while working as a freelance graphic designer. She is passionate about her craft and she lends her creative eye and attention to detail to Dramantics Creative Services as our in-house graphic designer with a special concentration in branding, logo design, and social media marketing and ideation for our brand and our clients.

Joanna Matanga is a seasoned graphic designer and production assistant, driven by a relentless passion for creating visual experiences that leave a lasting impact. With over eight years of expertise in the industry, she possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, an innate understanding of design principles, and a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling. Joanna serves as the in-house graphic designer for Dramantics Creative Services and provides assets and organizes logistics for additional event-focused organizations. She is passionate about each step in the creative process and is motivated by seeing every aspect come together to create the finished product. In her free time, she runs her calligraphy and letterpress business and loves to travel.
